AeroBrew is a gooseneck electric kettle that holds any temperature between 140F and 212F to within one degree, so pour-over coffee and delicate teas get exactly the water they need every time.
Over the last year we've iterated through six prototypes with a local roastery, refining the flow rate of the spout and the responsiveness of the PID controller. The result is a kettle that heats water in under three minutes, remembers your last five brew profiles, and pairs with a simple companion app for guided pour timers.
Funds from this campaign will cover our first production run of 2,000 units, tooling for the injection-molded handle, and third-party safety certification (UL/CE). Every backer at the Founder tier or above will receive their kettle from the first production batch, roughly eight weeks before general retail availability.
We've sourced our heating element and stainless steel body from a manufacturing partner we've already run pilot batches with, so the biggest risk ahead of us is scaling assembly and QA, not R&D.
